Itinerary
Day 1
Cochin
Welcome To Cochin Queen of the Arabian Sea. Drive to Cochin Local Sightseeing covering – Jewish Synagogue, St Francis Cathedral, Dutch Palace & Chinese Fishing Nets. Overnight stay at Cochin.Day 2
Cochin – Munnar (145 Kms – 4/ 5 Hrs)
Drive to “Green Munnar”. Munnar is situated at around 1,600 meters (5,200 ft) above sea level in the Western Ghats mountain range. Munnar is also called the "Kashmir of South India" and is a popular honeymoon destination. Munnar is blessed with natural view-points apart from the tea-plantations. Overnight stay at Munnar.Day 3
Munnar
Get ready for Munnar sightseeing covering Tea plantations, Mattupetty. Later we visit Echo Point and Eravikulam (Rajamalai) National Park/ Tea Museum. You can buy various types of teas at the Tata Tea Centre. Overnight stay at Munnar.Day 4
Munnar – Thekkady (110 Kms – 3/ 4 Hrs)
Today we proceed for Thekkady. We visit Periyar wildlife sanctuary by sailing in the Periyar Lake. You get an opportunity to watch the herds of deer, elephants and bison that come to drink water in the lake. Periyar Boat Ride is under KTDC & the tour timings are subject to Availability. You have another opportunity of shopping at Spice Village. Overnight stay at Thekkady.Day 5
Thekkady – Alleppey – Thiruvananthapuram (300 Kms – 7 / 8 Hrs)
Today we proceed to Alleppey. Alleppey, called as ‘the Venice of the East’. Reach there by noon. Alleppy is known for its wide network of interlinking, palm-fringed canals called backwaters. Visit Alleppey beach and enjoy famous backwater (by own cost). Thereafter drive to Trivandrum capital city of Kerla. Overnight stay at ThiruvananthapuramDay 6
Thiruvananthapuram
Today We visit Padmanabh Swami Temple, Raja Ravi Varma Art Gallery and Napier Museum (subject to operation). Overnight stay at Thiruvananthapuram.Day 7
Thiruvananthapuram – Kanyakumari (90 Kms – 2 Hrs)
Kanyakumari is situated at the Indian peninsula’s southernmost end. Enjoy a ferry ride to Swami Vivekanand Rock Memorial. Here we also visit Kanyakumari Mandir, Tri Samudra Milan (Triveni Sangam), Overnight stay at Kanyakumari.Day 8
Kanyakumari – Trivandrum (90 Kms – 2 / 3 Hrs)
After breakfast check out from hotel. Proceed for Trivandrum Airport / Railway Station. Tour ends with sweet memories.- Accommodation on twin sharing basis base category room.
