Itinerary
Day 1
Mumbai - Mahabaleshwar
Depart for “Mahabaleshwar” BY AC Luxury Coach bus (Night Journey). Mahabaleshwar is known for green & dense forest, waterfalls, hills and misty valleys.Day 2
Mahabaleshwar
Enjoy cold breeze with glimpse of Sahadri Ranges at early Morning. Visit Veena Lake and Enjoy Boating (with your own cost). Enjoy Strawberry & mulberry. Mahabaleshwar strawberry is a grown in the hilly slopes of Mahabaleshwar, which accounts for about 85 percent of the total production in our country. Afternoon Visit “Pratapgad Fort”. The Battle of Pratapgad between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Afzal Khan was fought below the ramparts of this fort on 10 November 1659. Bhavani Mata Mandir - Shivaji Maharaj was unable to visit the temple of the goddess Bhavani at Tuljapur. He decided to dedicate a temple to the goddess at this fort itself.Day 3
Mahabaleshwar Local Sightseeing
Mahabaleshwar Local sightseeing - Mahabaleshwar Mandir (Lord Shiva), Panchganga Mandir (Origin of 5 rivers) . We also visit “Panchagini”. Mahabaleshwar Temple is built in 1215 AD as per historical records. This temple is built in Hemadpanti style. The temple houses Shiva's bed, damru and trishul which date back to approximately 300 years. It is believed that every morning, the bedsheet is found crumpled indicating Lord Shiva's presence at night within the temple. The Panchganga Mandir is constructed at the convergence of five rivers Krishna, Venna, Savitri, Koyna and Gayatri. It is believed that five rivers originate from gaumukhi inside Panchganaga temple. Pachgani table Land : Enjoy the Horse riding. This volcanic plateau is Asia's second longest mountain plateau after Tibetan plateau. Enjoy scenic various points of Mahabaleshwar.Day 4
